Waited 15 minutes and then left. Texted her on the way home asking why did she disappear and no response. Someone must've just beat me there perhaps. It appears there has been a fallout or temporary setback between 773 and 530.

One of my buddies tried 773 first and then approached 530. For reference check he gave 773.

But then the handler got back and told him that 773 guy is acting up and not verifying his number. So it had to be another agency.

He tried this route over two weeks. He also called 773 directly. And the guy handler told him np he will verify. But apparently he does not verify to 530! Go figure.
