The EG alley has been there since the building was built. So close to demo date. Why is it all in the sudden they like to block it off to prevent thru traffic? And leaving Summit alley open for traffic to go through.
I think your second observation " they probably want other tenants out asap" is more likely.

Seems like it's the only place for guarans if you don't mind MILF average looks (4-6), bodies (4-7), and negotiated prices (whatever it will bear). Nowadays, no more too many places like this anymore and is a safety valve in case "got to go" because they (KBGs) all go. Kalihi and Kapiolani slow, unentertaining unless payment is made beforehand.

They are all lined up, sitting on a couch. If the door is closed, they are the first thing you see; most times the door is open and it looks like a scene from a Krungthep whorehouse. LOL.

They asking for $200, but get much better choices at the AMPs, I guess after a couple shots and the lights low, even some 60-70 year old KBG may look good so long as you don't remember the next morning how she looked like!

Nothing happening, except a couple of women at SnS were built like they would be kick-ass providers in Kison or the Wong Building.
I'm guessing the landlords are putting up those fences to prevent vagrants / homeless from populating their parking lots / buildings. However, with the dust screens, it also makes it hard to monitor. Just find a way through the fence and cover the dust screen and you're good. I haven't been out to the Kapiolani bars in a while, so is the place getting more sketchy with all the building closures?

All things come to an end, I reckon. Silly as it may sound, seeing Pony Taxi all boarded-up was the saddest part.
TEHO, but really the only place left on that strip IMHO is SnS. Thai Angel can be good (sometimes REALLY good) on weekends but the girls come late and are unreliable. The old Romantei just seems like a drama place now, and Sandy's is a sausage fest. Twilight is spotty at best, and EG is mostly ripoff artists anymore.
