This Kandi uses the same photo as a provider who used to work out of the Eastgate area a couple of years ago, Nicki. She was a so-so performer at best. Assuming it's the same person using a now-dated photo plus one newer one, I'd stay away. YMMV.

But considering that the phone is only what $20 and a 60 min air card (assuming that you don't get a double or triple minute phone) is another $20.

You could ditch the thing every 90 days and only be out about $3 / week.

This eliminates most ads and I use the ads that are legit (IMHO).
