Basically, I make the gal offset my cost with her price but say it in a way that is like you want to work it out and not like a penny pincher. GL

Heather is a delightful girl that matches / exceeds her pics. Heather used an agency and it was a bad deal for her (and I read on the forum here she was not reliable while under their management) Now she handling all of her own callers and prefers advanced notice.
