Use Google to find addresses, look back a few pages for more information. As I understand it, the current status is sparse on providers. Elegant, Harmony, Serenity, and Bright Day have all been known to offer a handshake. Most others are strictly legit. Thai, Jun, Sky, and Asia (on Maplecrest) have all encouraged self-service at times. The "Health" reference is to a Health Spa located in Kendallville, about 45 minutes north of FW. That's the closest you're likely to find anything resembling full service. Better options exist in Lansing or Jackson, Michigan, two hours away.

Tried Sky today not a bad looking lady greeted me at the door she pushed the 90 minute session when I hold her I wanted 60 minutes she stared asking if I wanted 4 hands I told her not this time she took my donation and left the room came back with my change and left again.
