At 545 pm today I saw a WSW at Arlington and Johnson. She had long black hair wearing white booty shorts and carrying an umbrella. Traffic was heavy and I couldn't get a second look, but she did have a nice ass on her. Funds are low but in the future I need to have that.

She was pretty preoccupied with texting, didn't seem to offer or respond to the common eye contact cues of the game. I had to bail eventually.
Anyone know who this probably was? And more to the point, could an attractive, 20-something white girl walking alone on Arlington after midnight be anything BUT a SW?? I know they don't all chase you down at the slightest glance, but she seemed especially detached (but not out of it).

But even at midnight she could be walking to or from her pharm, her friends house, the store, etc, etc. Or she could be a SW aka working gal looking to make a few dollars. She might be extra cautious and looking for a familiar vehicle for safety purposes. She may have sized you up as LE, so you're SOL.
The explanations are endless. If I see a TGTBT gal at midnight, I always circle for her. Many times, I am ignored and on a further circle she disappears. But occasionally she does meet me, hops in, and off we go for wild, hot, horny, passionate sex.

Thanks! All valid points. I considered the whole 'she's not sure about me' angle, and even the 'off the clock' one, I guess. It's not the first time I've been stymied by a girl who by all rights should be there for the same reason. Luckily, they're maybe TOO eager more often than not.
On a more general note, that area seems so dead in comparison to even 3-4 years ago. Is it more a cell-driven business now? Are they just setting up shop in the hotels down the road? If so, I can't blame them with the stories I see these days about areas like that.
