The only safe bets these days are the higher end touring girls who come to town occasionally. Too many shady characters in too small a town. Richmond has a lot more action.

I've reached out to a few providers that are in Lynchburg and Richmond asking if they planned on making stops in Cville. It seems as though they get a lot of no shows and cancellations making it not worth the time or effort.
