Made an appointment the other day at Serenity and was asked for my phone number. I asked why and she says so they can contact you if you are not on time. They probably should not take reservations if they are not going to honor them. Just take walk ins only. Maybe I just caught them at a very busy time but this was mid day during the week so not sure.
