Comes with 50 titles 4 K, and presently, theres 250+ movies all in 4 K. I looked and researched for a month at all the brands and found / saw that Sony had the most lifelike picture than the rest.

Just to be frank, I have the looks and charm part down. I'm older (40s) but am in triathlon type shape and concentrate on my looks. So, from a first impression and interaction standpoint, it is all good with them. Conversation goes well, etc. It is techniques for steering them into the direction of wanting to get laid that evening that I need. I tend to be slow-playing myself and am not a "go in for the kill" kind of guy--which I think adds to the charm of them feeling comfortable. H.[/QUOTE]Good to know I'm not the only one who's little brain is outlasting his body. The cortisone shots never worked for me was hunched over using a cane still in my late 30's. I had a microdiscectomy in 2007 best thing ever, a little more fatigued for the first 10-12 months after surgery, but then back to the Boom-Boom. Not as scary as it seems. 7 years later and still going strong.

H.[/QUOTE]I'd focus on doing things that doesn't require any type of surgery. Gentle stretching, massaging of the area and taking ibuprofen helped me. It takes time for the back to heal and the pain can easily be triggered again. I been suffering back pains for 20 years and I'm not that old. I had pinched nerves and the tingly sensation in my lower leg. I couldn't get off the bed to piss. But, in time, it eventually healed on its own.

I use to suffer from plantar fasciitis and it took several years until it finally healed. It was hard to heal because of my weight bearing pressure on my heel when I walk. But, wearing a certain type of shoe that took pressure of my heel, it eventually healed. Plus, the massaging and stretching helped to.

Moved a disk in my back felt it pop and next day couldn't move my wife wanted to call an ambulance. I called my Chiropractor, Sons got me to his office did some movement while on my side. He told me to lay down and the next day I was up walking. See him every 3 -4 weeks now.

I mean, there's good and not so good ones like in any specialty, but in general the spine is the chiropractor's primary focus of study and expertise. As a result, sometimes chiropractors know more about back issues and understand their dynamics better than the MDs do.

I hurt my back squatting years ago in high school. Nothing became of it. Only like 5 years ago, it hurt and I was hunched over at a right angle, walking like a bent ojisan. Went to a chiro, fuckin lose money! Literally! Still walked out a hunched over old man. SAw my MD. He refer me to a specialist. Ortho specialist gave me a cortisone shot. HO! Brand new Hinode! Top Shape. 4 years later, hurt it again, now everybody and their brother giving me the run around. Honestly? That fuckin Thai MT at Pin Thai when bus me up!! My fault. I should have known better. Left blue balls too! (Read my post about Noi in MT thread.).

If the therapist is not aware of your body and joints and how much should be done, then it can cause damage to the joint and/or muscles surrounding it. Any therapist can learn the stretches but it takes an expert to know when and how much to apply the stretches to each specific individual.

I think they actually ended up tearing the labrum with some of their stretching.

We can laugh at Guy Hagi in general (for his years of gaffes) and still be sympathetic and respectful to what's happened on the Big Isle. Guy's follies goes beyond one storm.

However, one time she overdid it and my knee was in pain for a few days. Haven't gone back for Thai stretching ever since.
