However, if you are in a position of authority or trust over the other person (read: educator, doctor, jailer, LE) the age of consent is 18. If one party is under 16 and the other party is under 21, it's a gross misdameanor; otherwise it's a felony. "Strict liability" standards apply; no exceptions for "the girl had fake I'd" or "she told me she was of age".

When I was researching RalphM's reply, I did come across a "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" statue Nevada can use if they can't use the age of consent against you below:

With all due respect, this forum works like a bank. If you put something in you have the right to take something out.
