Hello all,
It's been some time, since I been on the board.
One of the girl that I know from a DC spa called and asked me
if I heard of a place called YOUNG'S SPA getting raided today?
Has anyone heard or seen something on the news?
She told me that someone told her that it was on the news tonight?
Does anyone have any info on this matter?
My current relationsip and my travelling is keeping me away from the board...
But, I do check out the board once in awhile to stay informed...
Thanks in advance, for any information...

Yes it's true. 3 Girls arrested for prostitution; the place (2352 Wisconsin) is called Venus now. www.nbc4.com

Thanks, Bmonger....
I knew I can count on the board for any breaking news...
It seems like the neighbors made some complaints!

Why on earth would anyone open an AMP in a residential neighborhood? That seems crazy.

So looks like the two working girls were 35 and 45, which along with the infamous Coco being 50, makes you really, really wonder.
I'm starting to think that it's a safe bet that none of the AMP girls are under 30. I've only seen one girl who was legitimately under 30, but she was from China, which is much more prone to human trafficking, unlike the supposed BS that the Korean girls went through.
Meanwhile, my Supra report. Had a couple hours to fill so went to see two girls. Saw Sasha first. 5'5" and a fit body. Not my style in terms of looks, but I can definitely see many being wow'ed by her. Youthful looks, but her personality is where she really acts like a little kid. A lot of giggling and pouting and high-pitched speech for guys who are into that type of thing. Service was good, nothing extraordinary.
Second girl was older in looks, short height at maybe 5'2" or 5'3" and had a little pooch but it was ok. Her name was Cookie. Had another standard service.
Both girls were relaxing and non-rushed, and good for what you came for.
Meanwhile, judging from some of the posts, looks like there is some sort of PM network for intel. I wish someone would please include me in these! I'm always looking for a youthful looking spinner (ala Sarah/Coco and Susie at Supra) or extraordinary performance (Cici at Happiness), but alas, when I do find out, I'm usually too late and they are already getting ready for vacation when I get to see them.
Why on earth would anyone open an AMP in a residential neighborhood? That seems crazy.
Not quite a residental neighborhood. It was a lot more discreet and didn't serve beer which is more than what Good Guys does. Glover Park is a wonderful mix of cultures with the occasional hiccup of a city council member. The same neighborhood used to have a AMP that housed an immigration lawyer and the headquarters of a guy running for city council.
D.C. Police say investigators have broken up a brothel operating out of a spa in Glover Park.
The Metropolitan Police Department's Prostitution Enforcement Unit raided the Venus Spa on Wisconsin Avenue Thursday afternoon, arresting three women. Investigators charged 59-year-old Sun Pyong with operating a house of prostitution. Lian Shu Cui, 35, was charged with solicitation for lewd and immoral purposes and Son Bongsok, 45, was charged with giving a massage without a license. The three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned Friday in D.C. Superior Court.
An undercover police officer was sent in to investigate the business after citizens complained. The sign on the door at the location raided by police said "Young s", even though police listed the business as Venus Spa.
The news that there was an alleged brothel operating next to restaurants and bars took many by surprise.
"I am absolutely flabberghasted," said restaurant patron Nell Minow.
"I've been to the restaurant next door several times. I've been to this bar. I had no idea," added fellow restaurant patron Rachel Apatoff.
Others claimed to have long noticed something suspicious.
"You'd always see guys going in and taking their time and then coming out later, it was pretty obvious," recalled bar patron Scott Hager.
The D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs is also investigating.
This is why I've cut back DRASTICALLY on the hobby.

Residential neighborhood? JP's is a few doors down and Good Guys is across the street. It's like a little strip mall (literally) with a CVS, Supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. Too bad the neighborhood caters to the strip joints but not to much less trouble-prone establishments like Young's...
Ah, thanks for the correction. I've never been over there. The NBC4 article mentioned "neighbors" and "georgetown" so I assumed it was a residential area. My bad.
Given what you said, I can't believe any neighbors would complain though. Makes no sense.

The big problem with AMPs is the same problem you have with anything in this country which relates to men, women, and their attitudes toward each other. Due to our pilgrim forebears, we have all inherited a most fucked up attitude toward sex. Americans are basically afraid of sex and of their own sexuality. They are also, incidentally, opposed to healthy fun and enjoyment.
At different periods in our history (the 60's for example) various movements have arisen which have tried to oppose these unfortunate attributes of our national character. But eventually they were all doomed to failure. It's no accident that the only place to enjoy a natural massage with perhaps a happy ending is an AMP. Asians, in my experience, have the healthiest attitudes toward how one leads a happy and healthy life.
I wish that those of us who love and enjoy AMPs would rise up and lobby for the acceptance of these establishments which provide a much needed outlet for our natural need for pleasure and sexual release.
