The front desk guys are friendly and have a really good memory, especially for faces. My tenants are happy living there, but for the life of me, I can't see why anyone would want to pay that kind of rent. Imagine paying $1500 for a 1 bedroom apt that is less than 400 sq ft.

Yeah! I miss her smile when opening the door a whole bunch. I do think her brother is doing a great job in keeping the standards in force while she's on vacation though. She trained him well.

Mayflower, can you give us a specific date for when Yoyo will return? I, personally, cannot see myself frequenting there without Yoyo being present. She is just super cool and comfortable to be around and that is especially important in this biz. I remember one time I had a slight issue with a girl there and Yoyo walked right in while we were discussing said issue in the buff! I would not have taken kindly to a guy just leisurely strolling on in like that. But Yoyo is a different story.

I also just spoke to Yoyo and she said she is very much enjoying her much deserved time off. She's basically relaxing, resting and taking it easy. Said she's been thinking of new ways to bring in top notch talent for all of us conniseurs. She said she'll be back in just about two weeks. Never fear gents. Our beautiful, sweetest Mama is coming back very soon. She's been missed.
