What does the legitimacy of the transaction have to do with the inclusion, or exclusion, of a tip? Have you been to restaurants lately that specifically indicate a certain level of tip will be added to the bill? You need to get out more. "High" is a subjective term, and can infer different things to different people.

This might be a long shot, but hopefully a fine upstanding member of the forum can help me out.

A couple of months ago I came across an ad for a girl on BP. She had kind of an edgy look to her (which I love) and I'd been meaning to set something up. Of course, time went by and before I knew it I'd lost track of the girl's contact info. Typically I think I would be out of luck. Usually you'll get an ok looking girl / woman between 26-42 who will potentially rush you in and out depending on the length of stay.
