You can also get busted even if you don't strictly meet the criteria. It may get thrown out of court, but by then, its too late and the damage is done. Your name and perhaps picture may be posted on line. Getting your case thrown out on a technicality or entrapment is of little good after your are busted.

Once one is collared the damage is way done especially if one has a reason or several reasons to avoid being identified as a "john". Totally agree in that a setup or entrapment might be south of legal, however the guy on the street that makes the arrest is not the least bit interested in all of that.
