Reverse image search of the picture of just her head returns pages with multiple phone numbers but non of her pictures are in those ads just the 734. If you click on the more pictures in your link and then scroll down and click more images again there's a picture of her with a dude looking over her shoulder that looks like the same guy in a gay ad that comes up if you search the phone number. Reverse searching her other pictures comes up with no hits, and I don't remember anyone that looks like this.
