Speaking of the Mcallen area and a 30 minute drive you can get over to Reynosa if you want to take the risk but Progresso is a few more minute drive but a $2 parking fee and walk across and it's Latina pussy heaven. Locally, many Latina and Chinese massage options and full service will run about $260 for Asian and 300 for young, beautiful Latina. The Chinese are all in retail area with walk in options. Best strip bars in TX are the boom boom room in mission and the Texmex lounge in Edinburgh. Both full service available but much more selection at the TM.
