Most companies live and die by focusing on expenses. You will never expense yourself to a profit. I was able to remove some clientele and gain a different clientele in a more confined area. Cutting travel time. And being able to do more in the same time. This year my profits decreased by only 8% for the year. Repair profits per job are down but still very good. My estimates on average are still lower than most in my industry. On average my employees made more than last year. Sets her phone clock and stops service no matter what point you're at. Will demand extra and if you don't will make a huge scene outside and block your car-won't move. Not good if you have neighbors. Her bf hangs out in your neighborhood Very mechanical and emotionless. Long hx of poor performance and ripoff. No matter where you go she'll be texting your location the whole time.
