I was on SA for two days with a brand new acct and paid for the $99 premium fee. Got banned. After several emails back and forth to SA and having my virtual visa gift card customer service dept reach out to them, and speaking in a rational, respectful way and asking for evidence of my inappropriate language, they finally relented and refunded me. Here's what they wrote:

As stated clearly in our Terms of Use, FAQ, and before checking out with our payment provider, we do not offer refunds on membership payments for any reason. We especially do not refund in the case of a suspension and / or permanent ban from Seeking. At this time, I am able to make an exception and provide you with a full refund. You should see this credit within 5-10 business days.

Please note that should you decide to create any accounts in the future, they will NOT be refunded as you have been made well aware of your permanent ban from the site.

This is why I always wait to subscribe until I have the maximum discount. Even though the money I save is negligible. And I only subscribe for one month at a time, harvest as many numbers as I can, and then work those leads at my leisure outside of SA.
