Thanks for the PSA, appreciate it. That sucks man. I tried and failed to book her multiple times (if this is who I think it is) and I was bummed, but now that might have been a blessing. Do you take truvada? I know its for HIV prevention, but I think it has some protection against HSV too. I'm on it, haven't caught anything yet, and plan to keep it that way. I'm kinda bummed because she was on my must see list.
Doc prescribed me some valacyclovir now to treat the current symptoms and infection and currently taking. He suggests taking these regularly now to prevent future breakouts and reduce risk of transmission in the future.
I get what you're saying. But, as a point of reference, I've seen more than a thousand women, gone bareback with about 90% of them, and NEVER caught ANYTHING from them. And there was a time when I was picking up a SW at least once a week, never used a condom with them, and they're supposedly "high risk".
One of the things that mainstream won't tell you is that if you have a healthy immune system, and don't weaken it with drugs or alcohol, and don't engage in anal sex (giving or receiving), you are extremely unlikely to get an STI / STD. It's far easier for women to get an STI / STD from a guy than the other way around.
This is straight up misinformation LOL. The human body has no natural protection against STDs without the aid of antibiotics. No medical knowledgebase affirms that STDs are hard to catch for a male if they have a healthy immune system. Or that anal sex somehow dials up your chances of catching them. While you may just be lucky, the reality is that if these girls are fucking and sucking unprotected on the regular, just the laws of numbers tell us most men are bound to catch something. I say this as someone who did bare with chicks for a long time, then suddenly every other fucking week I was catching something. Eventually the bigger head won and I stopped doing that.
To be honest, while its possible you are one lucky mofo, its also very likely you may have something that simply doesn't present symptoms and haven't tested for it. Mycloplasma bacteria is now extremely common in transmission via sex, even tho technically it isn't an STD. If you've never tested for it, you likely have it. If you've ever done DATY, you very well could have chlamydia or gonorhea in your mouth, as it often doesn't present symptoms (I've have it). Do you get tested often? Chlamydia and gonorhea, trich (which I've had), often don't present symptoms in men as well. Herpes is any one that can either go unnoticed or never present symptoms, yet you can still have it. A provider I almost engaged unprotected had a herpes sores on her butt.
Not trying to sow discord here, but as someone who thought they were impervious but found out the hard way, its important to spread accurate healthcare information. Also, for the mongers out there, PREP is a great way to prevent HIV, if you are having unprotected sex. Stay safe!
I don't want to start any fights, but I avoid BBFS girls like the plague. (Bad pun definitely intended). I just don't get the mentality. Don't most of you guys have wives like I do? Or at least enjoy peeing without pain? I'd gladly pay extra for a girl if I could be sure she had never done BBFS professionally.
I feel the same. When escorts say BBFS is ok I assume they have something. Many forget that girls pick up things incurable and out of anger they spread it to anyone else in revenge. Happens all the time in the regular dating world. In sex work, I believe girls who BBFS have given up on life and no longer care about themselves. Actually, in Kensington just about a month ago a girl I knew got beat to death because she was HIV positive. She didn't tell the guy who came to know her and I was told that's why he snapped. Herpes is another one. I knew a cute waitress for years in the regular world who one day I saw her with a grape size herpes bump on her lip. Felt bad for her and that stopped me from kissing a bunch of girls or going down on them. Its not worth it. Then a escort once told me she let a guy talk her into bb anal and she got trichomoniasis and warts right away in her bum.
When I got into the game I'm very risk adverse and even I had to run to the clinic over the years just from bb bee jay. Guys who say they never cought anything I just don't believe it until I see the blood work. The other issue is pregnancy. It's messed up to bring a child into this cold world without any support. I know a few girls who got pregnant by John's and its just a messed up situation.
STDs in 2025 are on the rise. The youth today don't look at STDs like Genx or older. The youth has been raised on porn and think everything will be ok by taking a pill. HIV in particular is no joke! It is very expensive to take HIV medication every year and the medicine can make you feel sick even though the medicine is keeping you alive.
Lastly what I did is research many different condom brands and used the best feeling brand for me. I also use lube and most pros have a bottle of it on hand. Lube keeps a condom from ripping and it makes her box feel wet as if she is really into you.
Not trying to be argumentative but did you read this right? To protect against hiv as a man doing sex vaginally you just have to take it a full 20 days. Which is longer than the other variations. But happy to hear what you read.
This isn't true according to chatgpt. Only the female has to take it 21 days for full efficacy. Males only need 7 days.
Nothing is 100% however you can greatly decrease your chances of getting an std like Herpes by applying hand sanitizer (60% or greater isopropyl) ASAP after the deed is done

DB.
One thing to consider is what type of material they ran these tests on. If they tested it on a table or other inorganic matter, I wouldn't trust the results. It needs to be on tested on the skin, and more precisely on areas of the genitals and mouth. The reason being is that if you're spending an hour banging an infected person, HPV / HSV is passed through the skin / membranes. Putting that in mind. After the session is over, wouldn't dabbing alcohol on a virus that already got "absorbed" be similar to trying to wipe a muddy floor with a wet towel? Wouldn't it be a little too late for that in most cases?

Figured I would share some notes. Let me know any thoughts.
Doxy PEP (Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) - Preventative measures for chlamydia, syphilis, and gonorrhea to a lesser extent. What it is: doxycycline (antibiotic) taken within 24 hours after sex - 200 mg only one time (usually 2 x 100 mg pills). Can be taken up to 72 hours later but within 24 is better. Doxycycline can be taken multiple days if needed. Drink a lot of water and avoid laying down for a bit, strong antibiotics can make your stomach not happy. Some users here said to take probiotics as well.
Doxycycline as treatment for: Chlamydia - 2 x 100 mg daily for 7 days. Syphilis - 2 x 100 mg daily for 14 days. Lymphogranuloma Venereum (LGV) - 2 x 100 mg daily for 21 days. Gonorrhea. Can be used in combination a 500 mg intramuscular shot of ceftriaxone but doxy is not sufficient alone.
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) - Preventative measures for HIV in HIV negative people. Apretude is a shot once every 2 months, effective 7 days after first shot. Yeztugo (newer drug) is a shot once every 6 months, effective after 48 hours after 2 days of first shot+pills. Descovy and Truvada are taken as pills daily. Both Truvada and Descovy need 21 days to reach full effectiveness for vaginal sex. Truvada can be taken "on demand" for infrequent anal sex with other men ONLY.
Valaciclovir (500 mg 1 x daily) as preventative for herpes outbreaks. Not a preventative measure for catching herpes itself. Can be taken once a day to prevent outbreaks from showing up (if they appear frequently), and twice a day for active outbreaks (taken at first sign on symptoms tingling / itching / burning). Acyclovir is another antiviral that is in both pill and topical forms for outbreaks.
Alcohol wipes & hand sanitizer. Cleaning your hands after sounds like a good idea in general. Don't go touching your eyes / mouth / nose with bbfscip juices. I'd caution dunking your junk in alcohol, that's probably doing more damage than good. I always take a nice shower and use antiseptic mouthwash right after getting home.
It's fairly easy to get prescriptions for meds online (Wisp and other sites) and then pick them up at a local pharmacy. STD testing is also easy to schedule online then go to a local clinic. Condom usage is best but Doxy-PEP and PrEP are pretty essential for going bb. IMO Doxycycline is very important to have on hand.
