The key line here of course is "of chaste life", ie a virgin. So if they are between 16 and 18, and not a virgin, you're ok... in theory anyway. You'll probably still get arrested if caught (since it's a felony they only need reasonable suspicion that a crime was committed), but you may be able to beat the case with this little detail.
