My last post was made at a low cranky point in my week, and I was out of line to denigrate your handle. I apologize.

I probably also got wound a little too tight on the subject of license plate photos. You received the brunt of my annoyance that has been building for a while about the hype that local TV news uses to sell their broadcasts. They contain only a bare minimum of fact, and a whole lot of BS from "the man or woman on the street" presented without any critical evaluation. The Rupert Murdoch approach to news.

Perhaps someone's boss or wife HAS actually gotten a letter from a license plate photo. I have never heard it documented. But the myth makes salacious news. Any monger that carefully follows the rules, especially about pulling off on a side street and letting the SW come to you, should be able to minimize problems with plate photes, if they in fact exist.

So-I am willing to acknowledge that my cranky post should never have been posted, wish I could pull it back, and please accept my apologies.

Was cruising mcm early am (about 5) saw 4 police cars messing with the t girls that hang on ravine. Thank god they are finally taking care of them!
