Was in town a few days ago and decided to hit this place up as it was within walking distance of where I was staying and open relatively early at 8 am. After walking through what looked to be an eerily empty build that looked like it could be a convention center, I eventually found this place up on the fourth floor. To my dismay there's a sign that reads something along the lines of making an appointment for visits between 8 and 12, but since I was there I figured I'd give the door a ring anyway.
