I've received some pretty bold responses on a couple of my ads in the last couple days that I'm pretty sure were LEO. They wanted to be clear if it was an offer for $ for sex in the first reply to the ad. I've never had that happen to me in the 6-7 years I've been posting ads on CL and it just happened twice in two days.

Run don't walk on those! That said once one gets past the spam, scam and looks like uncle LEO one can find a rare gem or two. I did. One I saw and the other I did not even though she was very available. Those two were young both in their mid 20's. There was one more that I did not see, however again legit in her 30's. A step below an eros girl just getting started. This has been mentioned by the experts, however what I found helpful as well is to post several different ads at the same time and see what happens. If this is indeed LEO then they will respond in the same manner and mention the pay for play part. No, the legit responses I got, kicking the non legit ones to the side and their cc scams, website scams were numerous, never once mentioned play for pay! Reason? They know why you posted and they know what to do!

No woman (unless they are working for LEO or are P4 P) is going to come right out and say "lets fuck". It's a scary world out there and ALL of us need to exercise a little caution when connecting online.

Being pro active and posting your own ads as well as varying them just a bit and keeping several up at once. The robo, the scam, the cash and dash will come out as you will obviously see them responding to you with the exact message. Another method I used was if I thought it might be robo but wasn't sure I would just type back something completely off topic to confirm that yes indeed it was as I expected! Lots of great advise on here already as well, however I can personally tell you that it does indeed work! Now getting it for free? Hmm I will leave that to the experts. In her original post about a month ago she advertised she was 18, which she seems about. Especially based on her Facebook page. She's definitely not 36 though. This is the first time I've ever seen a provider jack up their age, especially to pretty much double what it probably is. I had her come by my place. My first impression was she had an Uber but it wasn't. She got dropped off, we go in my place and since she was really young and may have been her first time, I gave her the donation first.
As soon as I give it to her she says she has to take it to her driver and she'll be right back. I snatch the money out her hand and tell her to leave.
