In my experience, they all have a menu. I haven't met one yet who doesn't, though I suppose she could exist.
The VIP is a decent size cubicle with a curtain offering a reasonable amount of privacy. Bouncer tax is $20 per visit.

Stopped by Bogarts yesterday around 5.30. Which is my favorite time since you can get a good deal on the Ladies trying to make some extra money before shift change at 7. And then hang around for first choice of new girls coming in. Day shift was average be team staff with a 8 a few 7's and the rest of the should be retired by now crew. Yep, she's a rip-off artist and should definitely be avoided. For those who haven't encountered her before, she's easily recognizable due to the pair of angel wing tattoos on her collarbones. She's also been know to frequent the Flight Club in addition to LC.

Be sure to sit in a high traffic area, like near the dressing rooms. Also, but sure to be seen spending money. That means don't just sit at the bar, but buy from the waitress, and tip her. More than once. I like to get chummy with the wait staff as most guys just want them to go away. After my second tip, I sometimes ask them to send over dancers I want to meet, if they aren't circulating. Be sure to stage tip a couple of times, too. This shows the girls watching that you do have money.

It costs $20 to skip her stage set before her name is called; it's $50 after her name is called. After I've chatted up and negotiated with her, I always give them $20 and tell them to go pay the skip fee. It take me a long time, usually 30 minutes, so in the long run it's just better for me.
Unfortunately the costs add up ($20 bouncer tax, $20 skip fee, $20 drinks, plus negotiated VIP costs), but I only get to play 4-5 times a year, and I don't come in with less than $200.
