I have no info on this matter but things that I have heard.

There are a few flea markets in Elgin that cater to the Hispanic community, maybe they are out there. I have been offered green cards and SS cards but not services.
I used to business with many Mexican businesses in the City It is best to get to the know the bartender or owner, if possible. It helps if you speak a little Spanish but not necessary because most can speak limited English Not easy, but they are out there You just must build trust like anything else One visit will not get you info But stop in for a beer o taco and converse Let them get to know you.

The person conveniently said they would be in the next town over and then started fishing for information. Pretty sure it's a catfish or scammer.

Ok well just to let you know some details I charge $125/ hour unless it's four hours or more I drop it to &100/ hour. I also have a beautiful young cocktail waitress who optional but together it's a flat rate of $200/ hour regardless of time. We do book up about 2-3 weeks in advance, but we are very friendly, fun, and flirty. We will also wear any outfit requested of us, but panties are always on.
