He is lord over a county which is just south of Orlando and pretty much a collection of retirement villages. There is no true violent crime problem in Polk County just what Grady Judd makes up for the cameras. Every so often they will have a "human trafficking" sting and will net consenting men and women engaging in prostitution but they never really ever get a true trafficking victim. If they are lucky they may get a runaway who fell under the spell of a pimp.
Ten years ago Grady Judd arrested Kimberly Kupps, and her husband, for indecency. She was a big time porn star in the 80 and was in her late 50's at the time. She had a fan club and was inviting her fans to fuck her while her husband filmed it. They would later sell the content on the web and their take on this was about $600 a month. Not a big time operation. Grady Judd's undercover operation eventually became an embarrassment to the county.
I have more respect for Ms. Kupps than I do for Grady Judd.
