No apology necessary, new to me too, but kind of shorthand for the level of service offered.
I may be off, but I think max is out at level five, which is BBFS.
L4 BBJ CFS.
L3 CBJ CFS.
I could be wrong any the corrections will be welcomed, but that's roughly it.
I've read some of the reviews of various providers at Zen. It appears the level depends on the provider. Angela seems to be the only L5 there.

If you frequent ILY you might want to be careful. Police are looking for 2 guys who robbed the place last Thursday. I'd find another spa for the next few weeks until things quiet down.
