If she's your dream girl, half your age or less, cute, reliable, honest, caring, non-greedy where you both truly enjoy spending time, having sex together and the relationship is more than sexual AND you have the means to maintain a "kept woman", then you may consider an ongoing allowance so she has the security of regular income. In my mind, however, any sugar relationship has to evolve into this space over quite some time and until then, it's on a PPM basis only.
Also, I'd want to see an agreement for some give and take on her side before expanding from PPM. For example, if you're in a regular allowance arrangement and you happen to have a lot of availability one week (wife out of town or whatever), and you're exceptionally horny, she should be eager and jump through hoops to make herself available and fuck you silly for the week and not expect any additional allowance.
