From SP3 to Summit. The whole block will be demo. Follow by Ashley and the automotive lot right next going down too. Kona street lot where Misty is going to say aloha too. Lots of construction in town, preparing for the train.

Confirmed from 2 girls establishments need to all vacate from that lot by July. Actually "Ashley" is not really safe. That lot already bought by the investors and is on the list for redevelopment soon. There is rumor Camelot is not doing good. It could turn into a V bar when their least is up. Splash is the only safe one cause the lot is not on the list for redevelopment as yet.

It is very sad to see these KBs go as I have a lot of fond memories of those places. However, the area has been changing for the worse. There is an increasing presence of vagrants and miscreants in the vicinity, and it can be dangerous at times. Be safe, brothers.

Walking tonight behind SNS notice a couple brothers I seen previously sitting on the side walk plus walking to splash on Walmart side had another brother cruising on the side. I had beer goggles on but yeah must be aware of your surrounding.

I talk to couple Mama and they know the new KBG's don't know how to cater to the customers. In fact they themselves call them Princesses. I kind of feel for the Mama they know what to do but the new ones don't want to learn how to be successful. Yujin always looks.
