Wouldn't hurt to add "expected" tip for whatever finish but I understand that may be taking it too far as some of why'all prefer to keep that to yourself. I just think it'd be nice to be able to have a quick reference. I don't like calling and asking as I don't have a burner and don't like to leave a trail. Why'all send it to me and I'll try to get it together.

I was bored and decided to check out the fairly new massage place in Smithfield. It is under the same management as the one in Goldsboro. I called ahead to get a feel of the lady's voice and see how many girls were working. It's hard to tell the age of person by their voice but friendliness is a good first sign. Anyway, I decided to make the drive and it's right off Brightleaf Blvd but the parking lot was dark and no cars were present. I noticed the store sign was on the ground leaning against the building, some letters were missing off thier business info on the glass door and the place had no lights on. Proceeded to open the tinted door and it was locked. Checked thier ad and it says open till 9:30 pm on Saturdays. I called their number and the same lady answered and I asked were they open. She said sorry they closed early today. I told her I called earlier and why didn't you say you was closed. She again said sorry and that they will be open tomorrow at 9 am. I told her I drove a good distance and I would not be returning tomorrow. Again she said sorry and said have a good weekend. Sincere lady and maybe she didn't realize I was going to do a walk in appointment but still poor customer service. I wasn't happy and I will not be returning to try this place out.
