LOL. But seriously, rapport is half the battle. You need to visit regularly so that you are known to management and the girls. Yeah, I know the girls rotate in and out but if the staff senses you are a new or infrequent visitor they will try to take advantage. Those who are familiar faces do just fine. Sort of like a "rewards card". Additionally, there must have been some bad vibes that Miso refused anything "tip worthy". The 40 option was really a lowball number too. She gave me a "take it or leave it" final, without ever offering what the final offer was...other than to let me know that my offer was not good enough. One thing that I did not include in my original post is that during negotiations, she also mentioned something along the lines of "plus you have to pay for shower and massage" which brought a "Huh?" from me, since I have always believed that those two items are what the 60/80 upfront fee is for, but I may be wrong.
