Has anyone seen the panhandler on the I95 Southern Blvd northbound off ramp? I've seen her maybe half a dozen times lately but could never get close enough to talk to her. She looks really cute and clean from a distance and worth the .20 and definitely has the look.

At the top of the page in the blue header is a listing for abbreviations. YOu should check it out. That said people use abbreviations that the NSA are still trying to figure out.

UTR. Under the radar They doen't advertise or promote them selves generally.
