Must have been SRO at LEO's house around midnight. Counted 11 prostitution bookings between 11pm-1205am. Only name recognized was Hannah. I don't partake in the SW scene but since I RTFF my guess is PH.
Miami is wide open, everything is there including girl crime. There is a local girl now who is from there and it could be she could do a setup just to be on the safe side. PM me for details. Best I can do for now, has been 3 years since I was involved in that scene. There is one safe club right downtown Miami, cannot remember the name at the moment. Usually a Lambourgini sitting out front. Its cash up front for everything and it goes fast, the girls are extremely clued in to how to turn the greenback for as little effort as possible.

As far SWers, Biscayne Blvd. Around 79th street is the heart of the SW activity and for some blocks going north or south, most blacks and some trannies, some white and latina here and there. Also 8th Street in SW from downtown to about 57 or 67 ave more white and latina, though considerable trans. One in Hialeah called Stonewall is a virtual whorehouse however it is heavily Latin, lots of people there including mgt do not speak English and I hear they'll deny people that don't speak Spanish, I've been in there several times with my very anglo non-spanish speaking buddy but I'm Spanish so I guess they let us slide, also a lot of little hispanic cafeterias along 8th street and flagler, some downtown have "waitresses" that will go to the back and perform services, but again that a cultural thing and if you're not part of the culture it'll be difficult pretty much impossible to get through.

I've been in just about all of them, again this is many years ago. I imagine they may vary now:
Mattie Sil's. Sleasy place high chance of scoring, mostly white and latina dancers, don't remember black dancers or customers.
Palace Centerfold. Cover, high class, never bothered.
Miami Gold. All black dancers and customers but token crackhead white dancer, if this is the place I'm thinking of, has a differnet name now, intersect 79 st I think.
Madonna II. This maybe the one I'm confusing that one, I've been in one of them can't remember which.
Club Rollexx. Never been in, all black, former co-workers of mine used to go and get lucky, too ghetto for me.
Lipstick. Went in once, decent, old school friend who later overdosed danced there and she was negotiable but I haven't heard much about this place as far as scoring.
Tootsie's. Never been to but always heard a lot of good things about, used to be rated "readers #1 choice" in all the local rags.
Stir Crazy. Been few times, average, not too trashy but not too classy either, very crowded with customers usually, lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Closing at night and filled with workers.
Mint Lounge. Never heard of, doesn't seem like a good neighbourhood.
Club Harem. This is the one I was talking about, it's 87th and 130, buddy I was just talking to says it's all black now, surprising neighbourhood is mixed but who knows.
Take One Lounge. Never been, it's 79th street, that's all I need to know to stay the F out.
Alley Cat. Classy with a budget, surprised it's still around, girls were nice but not lots of clientele, kinda hidden.
Bare Necessity. Dumpy place, mostly dumpy women, never scored there, the owner is 60 with hair down to his ass, cool guy but always around.
Club Madonna. High class, couples go there too, must have lots $$$$$
Pink Pussycat. Dumpy side, I've scored there.
GoldBaby's. Never been, seems $$$$$
Deja Vu Showgirls. Small, not much crowd, small amount of dancers, first nudie bar I ever went, never went again, can't say it was bad but it was also very far from where I lived.
Solid Gold. $$$$$$ probably best looking of all, only went for a bachelor party. I don't think the girls even bothered coming for tips.
