If the plate comes back to someone who has a warrant for their arrest or has a suspended license, they wait till the see someone get in the car and pull them over to follow up.

It is not against the law to go to a massage parlor. It is against the law to willingly / knowingly pay for sex. Unless your having sex in the car, you have nothing to worry about.

Two cars were parked out of the 3 spots in front. A marked LEO pulled up behind them, blocking them in. The LEO got out and stood behind each of the two cars and wrote something down; I assume the license plate number because he was standing behind one car, wrote something down, then the other car, wrote something down. Just my opinion. You guys been at it much longer than me and I usually just read posts vs posting. Some of the places spoken about I wouldn't want to go there because I like a good massage.
