I am merely putting the info out there so that the right connection can be made. Maybe the location or condition doesn't command top dollar or maybe they will be fine with a 1 bedroom efficiency. Perhaps the owner would be interested in more than 2 x a week or maybe want longer sessions. If they can't come up with a zero cash deal then the balance can be paid with fiat.

YMMV is a great way to describe her. She does not post consistently and communication is hit or miss at best to outright ghosting at worse.
