I know this debate was brought up in the past and some on her think it's BS and that you should just hand out the number to anyone. This practice is in place for a reason and most of the time the girls that ask for it don't want to advertise, want to feel a little safer, or any other number of reasons.

I personally think this is a good process, and have been lucky to receive several UTR numbers, and also have not been given some. I don't get pissed about it. I accept the process. A lot of it has to do not just with the amount of reviews in your posts but the content of what you post. I've given out UTR digits to RM's with only ten posts and denied digits to long-standing SM's with hundreds of posts. If you post about being a jerk to some of theses girls and it's not warranted, then you're not going to get digits; at least, not from me. Also, if you have a few negative reviews on girls that everyone else loves and raves about, it's not going to happen.

I think quite a few other gatekeepers have this same attitude. We're trying to help, and protect, our favorite girls.
