Use proper grammar and spelling. Renew the ad every two days. You'll usually only get spam the first time you post the ad or after you have to repost at then end of the 30-day limit. If you don't get any real responses in a few weeks, ditch the ad and try a new (or refined) one. It might take awhile to get to something that gets real responses, but trust me, there are real women out there. I posted a brand new ad last weekend and got a response within minutes from a horny 30-something with big tits--and we had hot, incredible sex for hours the next night. Just for the heck of it I put an ad. Exactly the same thing happened. Within the first few hours I got a boatload of Scam replies, all starting with 'I am real, are you? But then it stopped. So this is all automatic programs that scan craiglist sections and auto reply to them. Craigslist should do something to stop them.
I am thinking of doing this. Put up a few ads and collect all these fake messages. Then setup a spam filter in gmail forwarding messages that match those patterns to a deep void so I will never see them again. At least this way, I would not miss a rare real woman, hideous or other wise.

Most ads, it feels like 95% in the casual Enc sec are bits, spam, or porn. Any real women get flagged, especially if there is a hint of pay to play.
