As I was leaving Shanghai there was a cop car circling the lot. I was already out the door so just walked to my car got in and drove off. As I was walking out he circled back around and parked next to the building, next to the Thai place. Not sure what to make of that.

Any info would be appreciated.[/QUOTE]Theyve never offered me a second shot price (I don't recall any reports either, you'd probably need to ask in person) or 1. 0 for 4 hands, 4 hands is usually double what 2 hands costs (They usually don't push 4 hands, its me that asks for it, so that may be why its double). At Good, it might be cheaper than double and at Tokyo, it sounds like its cheaper, but they actually push for it.
As for the police presence, there have been a few reports of a cruiser or two in the parking lot in the past. There are some homeless in the area that hang out on that end of the parking lot. There are a few resteraunts nearby where someone can grab a bite to eat, park and eat said food.

That area has become a gathering spot for homeless folks / urban campers who shoplift from the grocery store, peek into parked cars looking for goodies and sleep on the grass.
