Regardless, since you mentioned "a lawful stop", isn't a john stop outside of the role of protecting the SEPTA property and passengers?

Actually, born and raised in Philly. Yeah, under Rizzo the cops pretty much did what they wanted to do. But like most cities now, the politicians are scared of lawsuits for harassment and getting a little "roughed up" by a few rogue cops. I did meet Rizzo twice, he was actually a nice guy and in my opinion Philly went into the shitter when he left office. The facts prove there was a dramatic increase in crime between when Rizzo left office in Jan. 1980 and Jan. 1992 when Wilson "Bad Wilson" Goode left office. What a disgrace Goode was, beside allowing a bomb to be dropped on the city, he sounded like he had marbles in his mouth when he talked. And Bill Green, nothing more than a wimp who had a politically connected father and whose name recognition helped him get elected mayor.

Around is one block from any Septa Rail or Bus line. In the city that sure
covers a whole lot of area.
And the thinking is, if Johns do't come for prostitutes, then they may go

Recon pictures often don’t tell the full story. This [post=897963][b] picture[/b][/post]
of Suzy leaves everything to the imagination. If a recon picture was the only thing I had to go by, I’d likely pass her up.
Suzy is one of the cleaner (hygienically) girls/sw I’ve found anywhere. This is something you cannot tell from a recon picture unless it is accompanied with a review.
Normally Suzy has a nice attitude. On this date she was really pissed with me. Unknowingly, I had hurt her feelings. I asked Suzy if she’d seen Stacy lately. Suzy said, “She’s locked up again.” I replied, “Oh shit.” Suzy teasingly said, “Oh no! Your favorite white girl is locked up.” Without thinking, I answered, “Yeah!
