I took several smokey afternoon trips last week on ECB and the girls were trying to come out but LE was as bad as I've seen it. Had my camera one trip and snapped a quick shot of Karli. Even dressed down in flip flops, she is smoking. Later in the week she was out in white heels and a mini and almost causing accidents. Wish I had the camera for that one. I don't see how she avoided getting stopped because the cops were stopping every girl they could, even the fuglies who they usually leave alone. She told me she was leaving Fri night for several weeks. I also took a picture of a bsw before she was run off.

The second best one I saw was west of the 805, a hot sandy blonde wsw in jeans who I could not get before she was stopped by LE and run off. Looked kinda like a more curvy version of Karli. Wished I could have taken a picture to see if any of you connected with her. She looked like a visiting girl.

Keep on your toes because LE has really stepped it up.

I was wondering if anyone has seen any ride along civilians with the cops recently. If so then this is a sign that this crack down is more intense then normal. Earlier this year a cop pulled me over after I stopped to talk to Tina. Quite frankly I am surprised the cops have not cracked down earlier. So it's probably best to spend more time checking out the situation before picking up a SW.

It's really disgusting that the cops choose to single out people convicted of solicitation. There is many other crimes that are much more serious and the cops don't routinely post their photos.

What's really ironic is that their has been a major increase in SW's on ECB SD the past month or so and the cops have not stepped up their enforcement much. It's only within the past week or so that the cops have started to crack down more.

These actions show that the patrol cops realize that prostitution is a nuisance crime and they have told me so. The police brass regard prostitution enforcement as easy PR for the dept.

EL CAJON – Mug shots of convicted prostitutes are appearing on the El Cajon Police Department's Web site. Police hope to discourage them from plying their trade in town using a 21st-century version of public flogging.

Pictures of 11 women, details of their crimes and areas where they are banned from loitering were posted as of yesterday. Police said they plan to add pictures of convicted “johns” – the clients – within weeks. They are urging viewers to report when the offenders violate probation.

“Our Web site is always in revision,” said El Cajon police Chief Cliff Diamond. “We have always viewed it as a good intervention tool to keep our community apprised of crime trends, wanted persons and missing persons.” "

Cruised briefly last evening around 8:30 pm or so. I saw 6 or 7 sw's, but they were all cows. I have not been cruising much recently.

Nice pics. Based on their height + weight, most of them seem like cows except for Ms. Guerrero and Ms. Salinas. I wonder why some are on probation until 2008 or 2010? I noticed the following at the very bottom:

It seems as though 99% of the pictures of SW's the cops post are ugly. That's probably one of the best deterrent I can think of to discourage guys from picking up SW's.

CL restriction:

I am not certain if a CL restriction would hold up if it were challenged in a higher court. The web is considered to have no boundaries so laws are harder to enforce. This upsside however is that this could force more CL girls to work the streets and improve the price, quality and selection for us.

I tried calling Diamond, but her ph #'s are no good any more. I probably should have seen her again sooner.

Out on ECB now. Centre City laundromat has free Wifi. They are located near 32nd and ECB.

The action is a bit slow tonight. I talked to that one brunette with glasses and she was asking $50 min for a BJ. I also saw this other blond by Utah st. She was a bit thick and seemed attractive. Someone else got her so hopefully I will her again tonight.

I also noticed today that Natalie is up in OC on Harbor now. So I am not sure if a lot of the other girls left.

The action did not pick up and the blond did not come back out. I decided to head on home around 10pm. Will wait till Thursday to cruise..

I saw on the news last night that if you go to the city of El Cajon PD website you can view pictures of the working girls who have been busted there.That might be some good info to see who is in the area,and put a name with a face. The bad news is they are going to start putting pictures up of the johns who get busted there.

I think this whole picture posting is a way for ECC PD to generate good PR for the dept. I don't get out to El Cajon City much, but there is only 1 or 2 SW's there. If t here was a lot of sw's then we would see a lot more posts about ECC.

Note the final entry on the Elcajon site. "shall not advertise on craiglist"

Damn, they are going to extremes. They also mentioned that many of the girls cannot be in possesion of ANY communications devices I.E cell phones, beepers, telephone, internet, etc. Seems harsh to me. Also seems to be a violation of civil rights. However, most of the girls have no resources to fight these restrictions and the courts and police know it. Many were convicted for simply "attempting to flag down passing motorists, with intent to comit prostitution." How do they get away with this sort of language.

This is BS, so now the police can charge us for things like thought and what they think we were going to do? Didn't they make a movie about this nonsense? What ever happened to gather evidence and catching people in the act?

Yes, folks, young ladies simply walking down the street can now be arrested and charged with "intent to commit prostitution!

Someone please hire these ladies a decent attorney.

Had to work late so I decided to cruise ECB around 9:30 or so. The action was fairly slow last night. Most of the out of town WSW's have left after last weeks crack down. I did see this one new WSW near Hollywood, but she was only about a 7 or so, but I did not get a good look at her.

I was going to cruise on Thursday evening, but I figure it's best to wait till Friday since I will probably have to be in the area.

I noticed that Natalie is working in OC on Harbor. I also noticed that Diamond is working in Encinitas on CL. Hopefully the cops have not chased away all the good WSW's for good. I think things will start to pick up again next week.

Has anyone been cruising east ECB recently...?? I have not cruised up there in a while since the action has been fairly good on west ECB.
