I also did see the address, definitely affluent neighborhood.

While the Extras may be there but at that location and with that awful website they won't last. The owner probably never stepped foot there and no feel for this area.

Some of the remarks about it being in a higher end neighborhood are correct. Its a house kinda at the end of a cul de sac. They had definitely just recently just moved in there at the time.
