I have encountered that quite a bit lately. It is hard to find the legit ones that are looking for more than just a sexual encounter or who don't ask for hundreds on the first meet. I had one last week that wanted 2 grand! On the first meet. I told her no way and good luck scamming someone out of that amount of money. She changed her location on the site from Dayton to Columbus while we were chatting on the site.
She told you explicitly that she expected $200 for the DATE. She made NO attempt to deceive. Obviously anyone is allowed to say "no" to such an arrangement, but there's no reason for us to berate her on the forums. There are many people that have relationships that involve money without everything being strictly transactional. If that's not what you're looking for, just move on.
