What is the club that has / had multiple stages, decent food, no valet, etc. Think the building was green? Assuming it closed since it's never mentioned here anymore, and I couldn't dig deep enough in the records to jog my memory. Can't stomach Bogies or H8 anymore, and Criket is next best non valet.

Some are busts, but there's often enough new blood to keep me interested. But I wager I'd get tired if I kept going.
Bogies has been enough misses for me beforehand that I never looked their way the last few times I went down. But maybe that's true there too.

Pretty good line up for a Monday afternoon; I will never understand why the Monday lineup is often stronger than Thursday or Friday afternoons. Earlier in the afternoon, it was fairly busy- 50% of booths filled, 25% of tables and a full bar. Later in the afternoon, ratio of dancers to patrons went down to 1:1. Names I noticed (impressions of dancers new to me are noted) included:
- Jenna- looking as spectacular as always.
- Emma- might have put on a bit of weight but still looks good.
- Harley.
- Corinne.
- Katie.
- Bubbles (or was it Pebbles? Couldn't really figure out her ethnicity- maybe Asian? Large tits, medium length dark hair.
- Mariah.
- Kendall.
- Rue (not sure of this name) - mixed, glass, tall with long legs, dark medium length hair.
- Dynasty.
- Summer- black, curly hair, decent build, cute smile.
- Liliana.
- Penny (not sure of this name either) - skinny, white, not much upstairs.
- Maria- a little overweight, but very perky and friendly- Latina.
- Dolce (again a guess on the name) - Black, very short hair, glasses, small tits, but a biggggg ass.
- Victoria- tall white blonde, small tits- found her kind of plain.
- Arie- large white blond.
- Lovely.
- Rihanna.
- Marilyn.
Went downstairs with Katie again. She is very flirty in the booth, a little more business like downstairs. Everything covered for $$.5- she's talented.

Great information I really like the post with all the names of the girls that were working.
The reason Monday is busy is the girls didn't work the weekend before, they had something else to do on the weekend and are now short of cash so they head in Monday to replenish their funds.

First is your particular kink. As you said, it's probably something a lot of girls don't want to do.
Just playing the percentages, the best way to find girls to do things most girls don't want to do is to go to the places where the girls are more desperate for whatever reason -- not as hot and can't handle the competition, willing to do more VIPs for less money, whatever. That'll be at the lower-end clubs.
Of course, if you're looking for a combination of that kink with a hotter girl, then you're going to have to go higher end, which means you might have less luck and pay more. You might also end up doing a lot of searching.
That said, it's not like club managers hire dancers with particular kinks. It's just going to depend on the girls. Like I say, percentages. There might only be one girl at FC that wants to do that, but you might luck out and get her the first time you go. Meanwhile, half the girls at H8 might be willing, but you could be unlucky and pick out every girl from the wrong half.
Honestly, I'd just go off the idea above, your empirical evidence and trial & error. Your kink is unique enough that even most experienced mongers won't have the specific info you're looking for.
My kink is titfucking. It's not a sport for the spinners; a girl's got to have a pair to do it. Some with a good pair are still hesitant, either because they're worried about their implants or don't like the mess. I also like it to be a girl that's at least somewhat put together, too; decent hair, face and makeup adds to the visual experience. I've kinda come to realize it just depends on who's in the club any given day. You can walk into a club one night and there'll be all kinds of busty dancers, then walk in the next night and feel like you're in the plywood section at Home Depot. There's only so much control the club has over that.
