Tongue Twister Liz

If I post on here that I paid person A for sex then I could be libel for damages tho her character. If I posted on here that I paid person A for sex the police could neither arrest me or her. It wasn't a statement made under oath, to a police officer, or in any other way be legally construed as a reasonable confession of a crime.
Where this begins to break down though is that whenever I post something on line it could lead to an investigation. Not by me the poster, heck they would have a hard time even figuring out who I am unless I came right out and said. They could however begin an investigation into the subject of my post but would be required to do their own work in getting evidence. Which is why it is important for any providers to continue to screen.

Calling it a dream makes absolutely no difference whatsoever nor could any statement made in the forum realistically be used as evidence against you in a case. It can (and does), however, initiate investigations.
Also, for the providers, the single stupidest thing you can do when screening a client is ask if they are affiliated with law enforcement. Undercover officers are not required to disclose that they are law enforcement and it provides absolutely no defense for entrapment as the urban legend would have it. Your defense centers around saying nothing illegal was happening but asking if they are a cop allows the prosecutor to point out that "If nothing illegal was going on, then why would you ask if they were affiliated with law enforcement?" Do yourself a favor and don't ask or say it in your ad posts.
