Sorry friend, that is incorrect.
UTR simply means Under The Radar. Meaning she provides a service, but doesn't advertise on any public facing platforms. Clients come to them by word of mouth and recommendations from friends. Some are hot, some are not.
Just like GFE, it's gotten all out of proportion now from what it really is supposed to mean, because of people's misuse of the term.
Shooter.
I fully understand what UTR means. I've met girls in FB who don't post ads that simply don't want their business and / or face out there. So the agreement we have is totally discreet.
That being said, these girls are also attractive, and don't have a drug problem. And simply just want to make a few bucks on the side and want to have fun also. But I want to emphasize them being attractive. Another monger has given me contact info on some girls who I've met they've all been very fuckable. Even the girls he's trying to work stuff out with, he's sent me pics and they are all sexy too. Sexier than the girls who post ads or walk the street.
Now considering the girl in the post that I was responding to, first, she's not attractive and her place didn't look clean at all. Also, when I hit her up, she wanted 80 bucks for a short stay. Thats cheap. UTR girls aren't cheap. In price, they are between the price of a girl who posts online and a sugar baby.
The OP referring to her as A UTR chick set an expectation that she was at least decent looking or something to get your hopes up for. Not some run of the mill hooker that probably can't post online because she more than likely has a bad rep. I can't tell you how many times I've walk away from girls I went to see because somebody hyped them up.
I'll rant about how dudes mess up the term GFE later. LOL I got access to one of my regulars phones and the shit guys say is outrageous LOL.
