This guy carry the weapon in plain site is not legal if he is not a cop, if it was concealed that would be dif with a permit, he was out in the street, not on his property.

If this guy is not a cop he has more than he can handle, I'll keep everyone posted.

The most I have seen is on Lincoln in Walnut Hills from Gilbert to Reading Road. I have met 2 nice ones Ashley and Brittany both are spinners with nice attitudes. Be very careful at night over there as the Trannys take over and some are very convincing to the untrained eye.
