Its not always 100% the case but in my experience its most likely always fake. Some things to look out for:
1) weird area code that doesn't match the location thr ad is posted under. Unless its a known provider or she says she from out of state, its fake. Ex. Ads listed in los angeles with area code 831,209, 717, etc.
2) ad that ends with text me follow by number with with area code. Usually any ad that says text me only is fake unless its a known provider.
3) extremely low donation rates - 40/ hr, 100/2 hrs, 200/ entire day, Etc.
4) deposit require before meet. Automatic scam.
Lots of other subtlety to look out for. Look at enough fake ads and you will start seeing similarities.
