The ones that do offer it, are either very old or unattractive.
Sorry to see, but an ATF in Pitt moved on. When I leave an AMP Happy I always tip well, usually at least. 4 and up and things get better all the time. I've heard from many AMPs here that these ladies aren't receiving gratuities. Some absolutely nothing from regular dudes. Goose eggs and they go by by. Without gratitude they will move on eventually. Cincy is getting very dry lately, Pitt will to if you can't keep them here. Little bit of tipping is better than nothing. Be safe and enjoy these fantastic dreams. Looking for a new ATF.

When the provider gets the upper end of the deal, they are a top level provider that makes the business! These are pure facts, not speculation. I personally know 2 spa owners. Not going to far into it. Helped one of them through a very bad time with alot of legal issues. American woman in the business are a whole lot different than Asian / Korean woman. Asian spa owners only reward the top providers with special high percentage deals. It is pure stupidity to think the ladies are getting any part of the house fee. That's why it's a House Fee! Anywhere at anytime, not going to happen. On top of that, they always, always, always have a split set up on the tip. They never give 100 %. If I employ you as a provider, I give you my building and all the customers you can fuck, I am in fact your pimp and I want paid!
I always feel its laughable when anyone thinks a business owner is not 100% of the time having the upper hand in any business transaction.
I work in pharmaceutical sales and know that I am paid very well. I find the doctors, hospitals and other medical providers to build relationships with. I know that everyone over me, down the line gets a piece of everything I do. Hell, my regional manager makes over 500 k a year. He is my pimp! We are all hoes in one way or another!
I know the spa world all to well, inside and out. There is no one blowing smoke up my ass about how it works.
