The cop-to-tang ratio is about even today, maybe favoring cops. In Columbus overnight and decided to try the Broad/Sullivant route. No broads on Broad but several on Sullivant including one of those "No Fu****g way" to good to be true ones, a brunette that, atleast from the 30 or so feet away I was, looked incredibly hot. I'm generally cautious about those too good to be true girls. I'm always worried that they are going to be a sting and considering I'm not from here and don't really like the sound of that phone call I'd end up making I grudgingly passed. (ever want to stop mongering? Reherse that phone call in your head)

I wanted to look up the history of someone I know to be a SW. When I did, I noticed that she had recently been cited for Exposing Others-Contagion. What does that mean? HIV? STD? Both?

Cruised from dreamgirls southbound about 2 minutes from Hudson. Saw nothing until the drive back a pretty brunette in a black tank and tan skirt. Looped around after passing her and giving her the look. She didn't even acknowledge me.

I dunno, but usually they charge a SW who is working while having HIV under either section 2907.25(B) of the Ohio Revised Code - "Prostitution - after positive HIV test" - or, more likely, 2907.24(B) - "Soliciting - after positive HIV test".

The language you use led me to Ohio Revised Code section 3701.81 "Exposing others to contagion". That's under a different area of the code (under Health -- Safety -- Morals), and it states that the offense is a misdemeanor. If it were one of the above, under Crimes, for soliciting or prostituting while having HIV, she'd be charged with a felony.

I would take this to mean she had some contagious disease that she exposed others to, but that it wasn't HIV. I'm just a layperson, so don't take my word for it! But I think they'd have charged her with the felony if she was soliciting while HIV positive, don't you? There's a lot of other diseases out there.

Also, does it state the exact section of the code she was charged under, uncluding the sub-section? That would be helpful.

It appears she's in trouble for something under this section:

3701.81 Exposing others to contagion.
(A) No person, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that he is suffering from a dangerous, contagious disease, shall knowingly fail to take reasonable measures to prevent exposing himself to other persons, except when seeking medical aid.

(B) No person, having charge or care of a person whom he knows or has reasonable cause to believe is suffering from a dangerous, contagious disease, shall recklessly fail to take reasonable measures to protect others from exposure to the contagion, and to inform health authorities of the existence of the contagion.

(C) No person, having charge of a public conveyance or place of public accommodation, amusement, resort, or trade, and knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that persons using such conveyance or place have been or are being exposed to a dangerous, contagious disease, shall negligently fail to take reasonable measures to protect the public from exposure to the contagion, and to inform health authorities of the existence of the contagion.

9:30p - Started at Sullivant/Georgesville east bound. So two thin early 20's, 9+ on a sw scale chatting in one of the corners before Central on my second loop around. One of them I had seen talking with a brother (possiblu butchy black woman) and another white brunette near Sunoco. Looped around twice trying to get their attention.

10:00p - Decided to try Broad despite few reports as of late. Saw a couple potentials but were being harrassed/chatted up by some bros. Turned around west bound and saw three girls in one of the corners close to Guilford Dr. Got the look so I pulled around.

Introduced herself as Barbara. Looked to be 30-40, light brown/blondish hair in pony tail, 110#s, very petite frame with ink on both arms. Claimed the other two were her cousin and a friend who were also working. Started grabbing me without question. Pulled into a safe loc, and she started w/ a bbbj. I then asked for fs and she was more than up for it. Completed CFS in the car/ BBBJ skills was one of the best I've gotten from anyone.

Anyone know who Barbara could be? Never seen the name reported.

Well, I was doin a little cruise on Cleveland yesterday morning around 10am, and I saw what could have been a WSW on the corner of Lakeview and Cleveland. She looked out of place and a little to good, so I turned onto Lakewiew to make a turn in an ally, and saw an undercover cop in a parked in a driveway, watching very intently on this girl Right then I knew something was up, so I headed out of the area.

Later that same afternoon around 3pm, I decided to see if the cops was still out trying to trap people. I happen to see, Tina, the BSW with the great BBBJ skills walking on Lakeview. She got in my car,and the 1st thing she pulled out was a ticket she got for solictation She explained to me what was going on earlier, and told me that when they busted her, they took her to the paddy-wagon the cops had set up behind the old bowling alley on Westerville Rd She said there was 4 guys in there with her that was also busted, and lookin scared. Did anyone else see the sting yesterday morning?

However, was on Main after work. Saw/dated Tanya. A little older (40) but, good personality, and after we got in the back seat, performed quite well.

This is another great example of why we have to respect the experienced mongers. This type of information is like gold. It can save someone's ass...as it probably did. Now I know where to stay away from for awhile and to keep my eyes open a little more right now.

Hey Shadow, not sure if I clarified that it was the other Tina on Cleveland, the short one that gives great head, not the one with the nice booty.
