They pressure the girls, which really annoys me, and except for the expensive Space Ship, you can hardly have enough privacy with the girl to really enjoy yourself unless you have big bucks. Nice looking girls, though. Its all in what you want. Just a tip from an old guy. You can find a the same things for less money in Clearwater / St. Pete on 19 right on the other side of the bay with maybe a 7 or 8 vs with an 8 or 9 in 2001, if you know what I mean. Check out the St. Pete board for the most current info on the clubs if you are interested.
Also the old Pink Pony up on MLK by the stadiums is finally getting some good reviews once again too, but I have not been there myself so it is heresay for sure. Word is some YS girls moved over there. And there is one place just north east of there that provides great entertainment. Check out the BP ads and you will find the place.

That Lakeland club would be a great club if you are strictly a butt guy though. And 10 dances for 100 is awesome! But I can see Joe's point because it is getting RIDICULOUS at the Tampa clubs lately. I remember a time back when I was in college 10 years ago, I could scrape together 100 bucks, goto Deja Vu, Pink Pony or YS and have a blast. I would just wait until the D. J. Ran the 2 for 1 special (which has gone by the wayside BTW.) Or I would wait for the infamous 3 for 50 dance special. Drinks were definitely not as much back then and it wasn't 16.00 to get into a club then either. 2001 used to give out those free entry passes regularly (remember the pink and black ones) , PP was like 6 bucks to enter and DV's entry fee was high, but they ran a 2 for 40 dance special constantly back then with no entry fee to go back to the couches. There were also more girls working back then as well so the selection was better! Wow I sound old.
Nowadays YMMW with 100 bucks, but it definitely won't go as far, unfortunately. But that is because we the patrons succombe to the high prices and eagerly pay them all these years which drives the demand up. They stick it to us with outrageous entry fees and buying drinks for the girls. It got so bad there at 2001 and YS for a while I got to the point that initially when I arrive I told the girls to not sit with me and come back a little bit later, because those two clubs would notoriously have me buying 8 dollar drinks for multiple girls, plus myself. It adds up quick, and with a $ budget, I had to get creative. Personally for me, chasing extras in YS, PP and 2001 is usually a pipe dream for me because I am not regularly there to know the girls, so I only budget $ for dances. If I am working with $$ I just go on CL or BP. Strip Clubs won't change though; Que Cera Cera I guess.
YS and Emperor's on Adamo Drive
I went to YS on Saturday around 5 pm. There were only two dancers working. One was Patti. The other I didn't recall her name, but she was an older blonde with big boobs. I think her name began with a "F." The girls were on a three song set and there were a few break songs as they gave dances. I bought a water, tipped the girls, and got no dances. I wasn't interested in either girls. As for the rooms, I think they are brrighter. I was at YS a few weeks ago and I could see the shadow of the dancer through the curtain. Extras may still be available, but I haven't tried any.
I went into the nude side of Emperor's on Adamo Drive on Saturday at around 11 pm. Entry fee was $10. Water was $5. There were about 8 girls working and about a dozen customers. The dancers were from 7-9's. Layla from YS was working there. She said she just started on Friday. She said she loved Emperor's more than Scarlett's. She did talk about how Scarlett's nickeled and dimed the dancers. We talked and caught up for a bit and did 2 dances. Dances are $30 each, but there is no room entry fee. The dance area was open (no curtains) , but the bouncer didn't patrol the area. She gave some great dances. I don't see extras being offered with the open space. Layla was glad about the open, uncurtained area, as she didn't have to worry about guys wanting extras. The only issue is that you had to pay the bouncer before getting a dance. That's a bit strange, considering most other clubs charge after the dance. Plus, what happens if you want more dances? Do you have to pay the bouncer again?
The other girls were 7-9's. The hottest dancer there wore glasses and had a hot body. Her name began with a "F." I kept on calling her Furry, even though Layla told me her name several times. I think her name was Frenzy.
VIP rooms are also available. 15 minutes is $125, 30 minutes is $250, and 60 minutes is $500. The rooms (except one) has a thick curtain and the bouncer said there was total privacy. One room had a sheer curtain.
Emperor's is an underrated club. It may not be mentioned much, but I think it is a good, laid back club. The club is larger than Scarlett's and lightning is a bit brighter. Plus, the bartender makes some great smoothies. .
I think the lack of dancers was due to the holiday weekend. I bet there will be a larger number of dancers at both clubs this weekend.
